Ingredients
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla (or plain) yogurt1/2 cup silk soymilk1 scoop EAS Vanilla Protein powder (Costco)1/2 cup frozen fruit
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender - if using an invertible 'blend-in' cup it works best to mix the protein powder and soymilk first.

Gradually increase the speed until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Great energy and a quick breakfast for hectic mornings.
