Protein Packed Breakfast

Ingredients
1.5 tsp - butter unsalted1 - shallot, sliced2 - mushrooms, sliced1 piece - bacon, sliced into small pieces6 raw - brussel sprouts, sliced or shredded1 lrg - egg
Directions
In a non-stick skillet, add bacon pieces and cook. Add onions, mushrooms, brussel sprouts & garlic and stir fry in pan. When all is cooked (about 5 minutes) add to your plate.
Add butter to skillet and fry egg making sure yoke is still is not cooked through. It must be runny. Add over brussel sprout mixture and cut egg and let yoke run over everything.
Yummy.
