coconut pecan breakfast bars

2 eggs1 mashed banana1/8-1/4 C honey (depending on how sweet you like them)1/3 C coconut flour1 Tsp. Vanilla1 C shredded coconut (unsweetened)4 Tbls. Coconut milk from can or jug (or Almond milk) 1/2 C pecans for sprinkling on top before baking
pre-heat oven to 350
grease an 8x8 pan with coconut oil or olive oil
Mix first 5 ingredients first and then after well mixed add in coconut and milk, pour in a 8x8 pan and sprinkle pecan's on top lightly pushing them into batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around edges and solid in the middle. wait for them to cool, slice and enjoy or freeze later for easy to grab snacks!
