2 Cups of all purpose flour1 Cup of corn meal1 Cup of warm water1 teaspoon of dry yeast1 teastpoon of sugar1/4 teaspoon of salt1/2 Cup of vegetable oil1 Can of tomatoe sauce2 Cups of chesse Optional:pepernoni, beef, pork, ham, bacon etc.
in a small bowl put the water , dry yeast , and sugar and let it set by 5 min. into another bowl pour the flour, corn meal,and salt.mix well. then add the yeast mixture and mix then add the vegetable oil. mix well until you form a dought ball. let it rice by 1 hour in a warm place. until the dought rice cut in 2 pieces,
put into a pizza pan and rolled out until is thick like 1'' ok thikness,pour your tomatoe sauce, then your chesee and your optional ingridients.bake by 20 min until the edges are golden brown.tanks!!
