Dates, 10 date Almonds, 10 almond *Cashew Nut (1 cashew), 10 serving Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp (Optional)Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 2.5 cup Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tsp
First grind the dry fruits very finely with couple of spoons of milk. Then add syrup, cinnamon, milk and water and blend. Makes 6 servings of 0.8 cup each.
