Asian Style Coleslaw

Ingredients
For the Dressing 1/4 cup honey1/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar1 tablespoon soy sauce1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil1 tablespoon peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger1 large garlic clove, mincedFor the Slaw 4 cups shredded savoy cabbage2 cups shredded red cabbage2 carrots, julienned1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts (or you can leave them whole)1/2 cup loosely packed chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Place dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to mix.
Combine slaw ingredients, stir through dressing & serve.
