Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
2 and 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup brown sugar4 tsp. baking powder1/3 cup apple sauce2 tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter2 and 1/3 cups water
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add all wet ingredients and mix well with whisk or hand mixer.
Cook on hot griddle or in pan. If using teflon coated cooking surface, no oil is required. Otherwise, spray surface with cooking spray.

Enjoy with your favorite syrup.

Makes 8 servings. 1/2 cup of mix per pancake.

    I thought these were terrific and I'm not a big pancake fan. My kids (suprisingly) didn't really like them, but they're a tough crowd. Give them a try!
