Faux Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted raw cashews1/2 cup dry quaker oats3 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp vanilla extract1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Take cashews and oatmeal and pulse several times in food processor till you have a nice powdery substance. Add the honey and the vanilla and pulse till you have a dough. Add in the chips and pulse a few times to coarsely chop. Use a small cookie scoop, drop it in your hand and roll into smooth balls.
