6 oz chicken6 cups Swansons Natural Goodness chicken Broth1 cup raw carrots, bite sized pieces1 cup celery, chopped1/3 c chopped yellow onion1/3 c. chopped green onion1 clove garlic (or to taste)1/2 medium green pepper, chopped2 roma tomoatoes, chopped1 tsp onion powder1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb blend seasoning1 tsp Mrs. Dash original Table blend seasoning1 tsp Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling seasoning1 T olive oil
In large stock pot, heat olive oil and add chopped all veggies except tomatoes. Cook on med heat for about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and seasonings and mix. Add cut up chicken and bring to boil, then turn heat down to simmer. Simmer in kettle for about 45 minutes, taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
