Shreaded Beef Enchilada

Ingredients
2 T Shredded Beef Chuck Roast, Cooked1 6" corn tortilla, warmed1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese1 T niblets corn2 T Hormel chili, no beans
Directions
Warm tortilla. Add beef and half of cheese to inside of tortilla and roll up. Place in dish. Spoon chili over top of tortilla and sprinkle with cheese, then corn.

Cover to keep from splattering. Microwave on high for 1 min.
