Boboli Crust1 lg. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut inot small bite size pieces1 TBSP Italian Seasonings1/2 tsp garlic salt2 TBSP butter1/4 cup sliced button mushrooms8-10 artichoke hearts2-3 roma tomatoes chopped3/4 cup mozerrella cheese, (skim)Spray pan with Pam or lightly oil and then wipe pan of excess oil. Cook cut up chicken seasoned lightly with garlic salt and Italian Seasoning. To taste. Remove when done. Don't over cook. Melt butter in small bowl and add crushed cloves of garlic. Put crust on cookie sheet. Spread butter with garlic over Boboli crust, add cooked chicken, sliced mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, artichokes and cheese.Bake at 400 for 12 mins until cheese is melted.

Great Pizza. My girlfriend and I used a large Whole Wheat Boboli crust and made the servings 4 instead of 6. Next time I think I'd use more garlic on the pizza and olive oil instead of butter. This would also be a great pizza with some goat cheese mixed in with the fat free mozerrella. - 4/24/08
