1 lb. Hot Italian Style Turkey Sausage*1 cup onion chopped4 Garlic cloves sliced (fresh), 4 cans Chicken Broth Low Sodium, 1 1/2 Carrots, sliced2 stalks sliced Celery1 can Diced Tomato2 cans Pinto Beans drained and rinsed1 cup uncooked Barley, pearled1/2 tsp. Sage, ground1/2 tsp crushed Rosemary6 cups chopped Fresh Kale Greens
Brown sausage with onion until no longer pink. Add remainder of ingredients, except kale and heat till boiling. Cook for 25 minutes, until veg cooked. Add kale and cook another 15 minutes until kale is cooked.
