Farmers Breakfast

Ingredients
1 bag of frozen hashbrowns 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped green pepper 2 cups chopped lean ham9 eggs 1/3 cup skim milk 1 cup grated 2% cheddar cheese dash of tobasco salt and pepper
Directions
Spray PAM to 8 x 12 baking dish
Spread hashbrowns evenly over the bottom
Spread onions, peppers and ham over the potatoes
Beat the eggs and milk together, add seasonings
Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes
Sprinkle the cheese over the top
Cover with foil and bake @ 375 for approx 1.5 hours or until the knife comes out clean.
