1 tin Kingfisher shredded crab meat, drained1 tin wild pacific red salmon, drained3 tbsp butter100 ml full fat raw milk50 ml double cream2 cups shredded cheddar cheese4 eggs beatensalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup green onions chopped whites separated from greens1 yellow onion very finely chopped
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius (gas mark 4) In a small saucepan melt butter in cream and milk, do not let boil. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Add yellow onion and white parts of scallions. Stir into eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased deep bowl or deep pie plate. sprinkle green parts of scallions over top. Bake in oven for about an hour until the middle is set and the top starts to brown. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
