Fit and Active turkey meatballs (24)1 box Fit and Active low sodium chicken broth8 oz white mushrooms, sliced1 cup sliced fresh carrots1/2 med yellow onion, chopped2 potatoes, diced about 2 cups2 cups baby spinach4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced1 T butter1 T basil1 T no salt seasoning blend
Melt butter in cooking pot Sautee onions and mushrooms until softened and turning brown, Add garlic and other spices halfway through cooking. Pour in chicken broth, scrape bottom of pan. Add carrots and potatoes. Cook 10 mins until they start to get soft. Add meatballs, bring to boil,then turn down to simmer, cook another 20 mins. Right before time to serve add spinach and cook until wilted.
