High Protein Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 Onion chopped1Cup of Dried split yellow peas, well rinsed.1 cup of frozen Garden Peas1/2 cup of oats1/2cup frozen Spinach2 pints of waterStockHerbsTeaspoon yeast extract
Directions
Put all ingredient into deep saucepan.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 40min
Then blitz with hand held blender.

Serving Size: 2 very large bowls (or 4 small)
