Spicy Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 med. red onion diced1 jalapeno, diced(discard seeds and ribs)1 orange bell pepper, cored and diced6 baby bella mushrooms diced3 cloves garlic, minced3 TBS coconut oil3 carrots, diced1 jar(16 oz) Frontera Double Roasted Salsa(medium heat)1 jar(16 oz) Chi Chi's Salsa Verde(mild heat)8 cups low fat/low sodium chicken broth1 med or large head of cabbage, choppedChili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Heat coconut oil in large stock pot. Add onion, jalapeno and bell pepper. Saute until tender, about 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic and saute 5 minutes more. Add both jars of salsa, carrots and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add cabbage. Simmer until carrots and cabbage are tender. Stir in chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
