Spicy&Sweet Chicken Stir Fry w Quinoa/Wild Rice

Ingredients
Chicken, various veggies, garlic with spinach & basil mixed in lemony spicy terkiaki/kung pao sauce with quinoa/wild rice.
Directions
Steam veggies in microwave over water. Heat skillet with olive oil and mix in minced garlic. Add chicken (cut up into bite sizes). Mix sauce: 1 cup low sodium chicken broth, 1-2 tbsp kung pao sauce, 1 tsp corn starch, 2-3 tsp ground ginger, 1 tbsp teriaki (I use Yoshidos), sirachi to taste. Mix in veggies, add pineapple chunks sprouts, basil and spinach. Microwave the quinoa/wild rice 90 second pak - once done add to pan, mix together, serve.
