2 Lb. Ground Venison2 LG. Eggs4 tbsp. Mild Chuncky Salsa1 Tbsp. Dehydrated Onion1 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic4 tsp. Mesquite Seasoning3 tsp. Liquid Hickory Smoke
Mix all ingredients and in a large bowl. Place in a meat loaf pan. Cook at 375 for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and coat the top of the loaf with the salsa. Put it back in the oven and cook for an additional 25 minutes. Slice the loaf and serve.
