Mom's Seriously Easy Chili

Ingredients

2 cups Dry Pinto Beans (Rinsed and soaked)1 cup Dry Red Beans (Rinsed and soaked)1 pound ground beef6 cups water1-2 tbsp garlic powder1-2 tbsp onion powder1-2 tbsp pepper2-3 tbsp Chili powder2-3 tbsp basil2 tbsp corn starch (dissolved in water as per directions)
Rinse and soak beans overnight or as directed on packaging
(Don't skimp on soaking - trust me)
In crock pot add beans, water, and meat then add seasonings.
**Do NOT add corn starch**
Stir gently, crumbling meat and mixing seasonings a bit.
Cook on low (8-10 hours)
Stir once halfway if needed, but should not necessary.
Once beans are done, mix corn starch with a bit of tap water until dissolved; add.
Allow corn starch to mix and add Crystal (to taste); stir.
Taste.
Eat.
Serving Size: About 1 cup-ish servings
