Slow cooker chicken tacos

Ingredients
1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 jar salsa1 avocado8 tortillassour cream, optionalshredded cheese, optional
Directions
Cut chicken breasts in half; season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken in slow cooker, cover with salsa.
Cook on low setting for at least 6 hours.
Shred chicken with fork. Serve on warm tortillas; top with sliced avocado.
