Ground Beef Minestrone Soup

1 lb extra-lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced2 15 1/2 oz cans low sodium stewed tomatoes15 oz can can low sodium kidney beans, drained10 oz pkg frozen corn2 ribs celery, sliced2 small zucchini, sliced1 cup macaroni, uncooked2 1/2 cups hot water2 beef bouillon cubes1/2 tsp salt2 tsp Italian seasoning
1. Brown ground beef in non stick skillet; drain.
2. Combine browned ground beef, onion, garlic, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, celery, zucchini and macaroni in slow cooker.
3. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Combine with salt and Italian seasoning. Add to slow cooker.
4. Cover. Cook on low 6 hours.
