Ingredients
1 Can Canned Corn1 Can Canned Creamed Corn2 tsp Parkay Butter Spray (calorie free)2 TBS Wheat flour1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped1/2 Cup Egg Beater1/4 Cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients in a greased casserole dish ending with flour and then cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
