Ingredients
1/2 pack of Jell-o Sugar Free Chocolate pudding1 cup Skim Milk or water4 Ice Cubes4 Frozen Strawberries(optional) 2 scoops of Protein Powder
Directions
First blend pudding, protein (optional) and milk/water on medium for 15 seconds

Then, add strawberries (or other fruit) and ice- blend on high for another 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth..

Eat and enjoy something so delicious that you think you are cheating!
