Ingredients
4 Roma Tomatoes cut in 4 pieces1/4 small yellow onion1 Serrano Peppers, split and deseeded1 tbsp. whole Celantro leaves1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar1/2 tsp SaltJuice from 1/4 LimePinch of OreganoPinch of cumin
Directions
Add all ingredients into a food processor. Use short pulses, about 3 times or until desired consistency is reached.
