Tenderbit Cauliflower Coconut Curry

Ingredients
1 cup water, divided1 medium onion, chopped3 stalks celery, sliced2 cups cauliflower, small florets1 can coconut milk1 can Worthington Tenderbits1 Tbsp curry powder1 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp turmeric2 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Steam onion, celery and cauliflower in 1/2 cup water. Add coconut milk, tenderbits and spices. Mix cornstarch into 1/2 cup water, and stir into sauce. Simmer until thickened, and serve over basmati rice (not included in recipe).
