Ingredients
4 Perfect Portion, Perdue Italian Chicken Breasts4 Oz of Corn Flake Crumbs16 small fresh asparagus spears4 Oz of Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Flatten breasts with mallet (keep in packaging for less mess)
Drag chicken breasts through cornflake crumbs coating both sides
Place three spears with cheese in center of breast and fold over
Cook for 30 Minutes at 350
