2c Cashew Nuts2c Walnuts1c Pumpkin Seeds1c Coconut1c Cranberries1 Large Egg White2 tb water 3 tb Grapeseed Oil1/3c Maple Syrup1 ts Vanilla Extract.25c Whole Chia Seeds.25c Flax Seed2/3c Protein Powder (SunWarrior) Warrior Blend Natural
Preheat oven to 300
line pan with parchment paper
Add nuts to food processor and grind to still chunky
add chia, flax, coconut, and cranberries
whisk the egg and water
mix in rest of ingredients
add dry to wet
spread in pan
cook for 20 minutes
stir
cook for 20 more minutes
