Ingredients:1 Lg Hard Boiled Egg, 1 sl Ezekiel Bread Flax, 1C Romaine Lettuce,1/4C Carrots, raw shredded, 1/4C Cabbage, red, fresh shredded,1/8C Red Onion Raw chopped,1 oz Swiss Cheese pieces, 1/4C Fresh Mango chopped,1/4C Fresh strawberries sliced,1T Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 T Wegman's Basting Oil
Toast bread until hard and crunchy, not burnt.
Arrange romaine on bottom of plate.
Add cabbage, carrots and onions.
Add sliced egg around plate.
Add mango
Add strawberries
Add cheese pieces
Crumble toast over salad
Spitz 1T vinegar
Drizzle 1/2T basting oil
