Portabella Veggie Burger

Ingredients
2 cups portabella mushrooms - gills removed - chopped2 cups black-eyed peas or black beans, rinced1 cup fresh broccoli - minced1/2 cup red onion - chopped small3 jumbo eggs- beaten1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs (or regular)1 T Montreal Steak Seasoning - spicy variety1 T Wurze or Worcestershire4 cloves garlic - crushed3/4 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Heat skillet and add olive oil. Create 8 "burgers" and grill 3-5 minutes on each side (until dark golden brown).
