Shannalee's Favourite Greek Salad

2 heads romaine lettuce - about 6 cups, sliced1 english cucumber, large dices 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes1 large red or green bell pepper, cut bite sized1 cup crumbles feta cheese1 can pitted black olives, drained (or use greek olives if you have) 2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp fresh or jarred lemon juice2 Tbsp red wine vinegar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper1 tsp dried oregano (or Tbsp minced fresh oregano)2 cloves garlic, finely minced (must be fresh, not dried)
Put all vegetables, cheese and olives in a bowl, mix together dressing ingredients. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
