Black Bean Brownies

1 can (15 oz) reduced sodium black beans (rinsed and drained)9 tbsp egg whites3 tbsp coconut oil1 small extra ripe banana5 tbsp cocoa powder3 tbsp agave nectar4 tbsp pb2 (powdered peanut butter)2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp sea salt1/8 tsp almond/vanilla extract1/4 cup chopped walnuts and almonds1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350
Mix all ingredients (besides walnuts/almonds and chocolate chips) in a food processor
Fold in nuts and chips
Add mixture to individual cup cake tins (I used silicone cup cake holders w/ a little coconut oil)
Bake for 20-22 minutes
Serving Size: makes 12 brownies
