1 Box Reggano Fettuccine Alfredo4 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced1-1/2 c frozen petite peas3 tbsp. coconut oil2 c 2% milk1-1/4 c hot water (approximately)14 oz. turkey cutlets, sliced into thin stripsSeasoning for turkey strips, about 2 tsp.
Heat coconut oil in large frying pan, add seasoned turkey strips and brown, add mushrooms and saute for a few minutes. Add seasoning from packet included with mix, noodles, hot water and milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover; cook for 2 minutes. Add frozen peas, cover pan again and cook on very low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, uncover to allow sauce to thicken. Refrigerate leftovers.
