Ingredients
5 Tomatoes, large chops, don't need to dice 1 yellow onion, large chops2 large carrots, large chops3 garlic cloves1 tblsp tomato paste1/4 c. fresh basil3 cups chicken broth.cook onion and carrots in olive oil till soft, about 10 mins, add in the rest and simmer for 30 mins, uncovered. use an emersion blender to puree or use a blender ( adding in batches ) .
