Ingredients
Soak 1/2 cup of oats in 1/2 cup coconut water overnight.Soak 1 heaped tbspn chia seeds in 1/2 cup coconut water overnight.next morning, combine ingredients, addI sml raw beetroot1/2 cup organic KefirSml amount of cranberry juice concentrate to tasteBlend
Directions
Soak chia and oats overnight in coconut water.
Kefir can be replaced with Yoghurt.
Use water instead of coconut water if needed.
Use a powerful blender.
