1 cup white rice, medium grain2 cups water2 cups Herdez Salsa Verde1.5 cups pinto beans, low socium1.5 cups kidney beans, low sodium4 cups french cut green beans
In a large sauce pan, combine rice and broth and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork.
Rinse and drain pinto beans.
Add salsa verde and beans.
Mix together over low heat 3 - 5 minutes, until beans are hot.
Serving Size: makes five generous 2-cup servings
