18 oz Beef, Stew Meat (it's what i had on hand when i made the recipe, you can always go an even 2 pounds, but it will alter it slightly) 2 packs of Brown Gravy mix by McCormick 2 cups Carrots, raw, strips or slices 1 stalk Celery 1/4 cup Onion Raw 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices 8 Red Potatoes
mix the gravy with 2 cups of water in the crock pot
cut the veggies (potatoes I cut into eights)
add in meat and veggies
add in extra water if you want a thinner stew
