Ingredients
3 green onions, sliced1/4 cup craisins1 cup canned mandarin oranges3 tbsp toasted sliced almonds1 cup uncooked quinoajuice of one lemon
Directions
Cook quinoa, follow directions printed on bag.

toast almonds in skillet on range.
Cool quinoa. Place all ingredients in bowl and toss.
