Tuna Noodle Salad - Low Carb

3 - 12oz. (Large) Cans of Solid White Albacore Tuna2 - Boiled Eggs1 - Small Sweet Onion4 - Tbsp Lite Mayonnaise3 - Tbsp Sugar free Sweet Relish3 - Tbsp Dill Relish1/2 Box (6.5 oz) - Dreamfields Elbow Pasta1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp SaltPepper to taste
Chop boiled eggs and sweet onion then put aside.
Drain and rinse Tuna then break meat up with fork. Add Mayonnaise, Sweet and Dill Relish, Eggs, Onions and 1/2 pasta. Mix thoroughly.
Add Garlic, Salt and remaining pasta and mix again, so to incorporate all ingredients.
Pepper to taste, if desired
Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 servings, depending on how served
