Low carb cupcakes using Bob's Red Mill

Ingredients
Bob's Red Mill Low Carb baking mix, 1.5 cup Whey Low Granular, 3/4 cupBaking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, .5 tspSalt, .5 tsp Nonfat Dry Milk, 0.3 cup Egg white - dried, 8 tsp 1 cup Z trim fat replacer (or use applesauce)Creme bouquet (or vanilla extract)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then stir until combined. Using the 24/pan cupcakes spray with a nonstick spray - with or without cupcake wrappers. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
