Power Tuna Salad

Ingredients
11 oz (about 2 cans) Chunk albacore tuna in water (no salt added)1 large hard-boiled egg, finely chopped1/2 c. roma tomato, finely chopped1 c. baby kale, finely chopped3 tsp. honey mustard1 T sweet relish1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp each garlic powder, dill, thyme.5 tsp ground turmeric
Directions
Drain the tuna and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with chips, crackers, in lettuce wraps or in a sandwich :-)
