Ingredients
1.5 lb baby bok choy (chopped)1tbsp e.v.olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1tsp garlic powder (for garlic lovers like me)1 tsp crushed red pepper (add more if you like it really spicy)1/3 veggie stock) broth3/4 block extra firm Tofu
Directions
Sautee garlic over medium
add bok choy, sautee til tender
add red pepper flake and veggie broth cook for a few more minutes.
add cubed tofu
