Crockpot Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs -- 93% Lean Ground Beef1/2 cup -- Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain1/2 tbsp -- Soy Sauce1 large -- Egg3 tbsp -- Green Peppers3 tbsp -- Onions, raw1 tbsp (or as much as you like) Hunt's Ketchup
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands.
Place in crock pot.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours until done.

I put balls of aluminum in the bottom of the crock pot to keep the meatloaf from being in the juices. Then I put a layer of aluminum foil over that to have a "handle" to pick up the meatloaf once done.
