2 cups whole wheat flour1 T. yeast3/4 tsp salt1 cup warm water1 T. olive oil1 tsp honey
- mix flour, yeast, salt
- add water, honey, oil
- kneed a couple minutes, adding flour as needed to form ball
- cover, let rise half hour
- spread dough in pizza pan, patting into circle
- spread sauce, sprinkle toppings, etc.
- bake 450 degrees, 12-15 minutes
