Buffalo Chicken Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
Ancent Harvest's Quinoa, Traditional, Organic (1/4 cup dry / 46 grams), .5 cupChicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 15 ounces Blue Cheese, 2.5 oz Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes), 2 serving Celery, raw, 2 cup, strips Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce, 15 cup*Bunny-Luv Organic Shredded Carrot, 2 cup Hot Pepper Sauce, 10 tsp
Directions
Cook quinoa.
Cook Chicken with salt and pepper.
Portion chicken and quinoa into equal containrs and drizzle with hot sauce.
In Separate bowl, mix salad ingredients and top with blue cheese.
When ready to serve, heat chicken and quinoa and add to salad mix. Top with favorite dressing.
