1,2,3 steel cut oat banana nut squares

Ingredients
1 cup quick oats1 egg1 oz. chopped almonds2 bananas3 cups cooked steel cut oats1.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven 400

Precooked steel cut oats can be done night before in slow cooker.

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix gently.
2. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 to the top.
3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
