Cashew Cookie Larabar Bites

Ingredients
3/4 c. raw cashews4 pitted medjool dates, roughly chopped1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp water
Directions
Using a food processor, grind the cashews to a fine consistency.
Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until a dough starts to form.
Roll into 6 1" balls and place onto a small plate.
Place the plate in the fridge for about an hour or until the bites firm up.
