Ingredients
I Cup Bobs Redmill 8 grain cereal1 1/2 C Almond Milk2 1/2 C water 2tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp SaltCoconut oil 2 T2 T Flax Seed or Hemp Seed2 large apples dicedQuick Oats 1C
Directions
Oil inside of crockpot with Coconut oil. Mix in first 9 ingredients into crockpot, stir. set on low for at least 7 hours. Mix in 1C Quick Oats and let set 5 minutes.
