Apple Spice Tea Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup fine shredded coconut flakes unsweetened2 TB coconut flour1 apple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped8 pitted dates2 TB coconut oil1/4 tsp cinnamonPinch of salt
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until a thick paste forms. Form into 8 rounds, flat cookies and place on a baking sheet greased with a little coconut oil.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until barely golden. The cookies will still be a little soft; let cool completely before serving.
