We used 4 green apples8 carrots3 orangesgingerkale3 small broccoli crowns2 plums5 beets1 lemon3 kiwis1 whole pineapplechia seeds1 roma tomato
Peel and slice pineapple, oranges, and beets.
slice remaining fruits and vegetables to sizes that will fit in your juicer.
feed the fruits and vegetables through your juicer, emptying your juice into a blender carafe as you juice and the cup becomes full.
After all fruits and vegetables have been juiced and juices have been placed in the blender, pulse the blender until the juice is uniform in color.
Pour mix into bottles 10oz per bottle.
Pour in 1Tbsp chia seeds per bottle.
Refrigerate!
